Raducanu Coaching Philosophy respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly address all valid notices of copyright infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, please notify us according to the instructions below.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Raducanu Coaching Philosophy will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material. We also have a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of infringement, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following elements (as per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  3. Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. This information will allow us to contact you regarding your claim.
  4. Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes substantially the following elements (as per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3)):

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Raducanu Coaching Philosophy may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
